The only fully suited hotel in London. ADI Studio were commissioned by our long standing clients Harcourt Developments to create 4 rooftop Penthouse suites with Executive lounge and meeting rooms, a 600 seat Conference Room, reception, bar/restaurant and Spa/Leisure. The public areas were kept comfortably restrained allowing colourful works of art and striking pieces of sculpture to take centre stage.

The Spa and Leisure concept was to create a cocoon of warmth and relaxation. We achieved this with the use of dark wall finishes, commissioned photographic artwork and whitewashed oak floors. The hotel remained open during the refurbishment therefore timescale and phasing was a critical element.
